Our vibrant on-campus community provides newstudents with more than just a room. We offer you asafe and secure environment in which to live, studyand socialise. Our students appreciate the supportiveatmosphere that life in halls of residence offers.

Our halls of residence also offer excellent value formoney, and a range of rooms and catering packagesare available depending on your requirements andyour budget. All rooms are fully maintained and therent includes utility bills.

Living on campus means you’ll find everything youneed close by, including subject facilities, lecturetheatres and seminar rooms, the Students’ Union, theUniversity Library, IT resources, the Arts Centre, cafés,restaurants, laundry facilities and the sports centre.

The local area also offers a wide choice of off-campusaccommodation. Many students live close to theUniversity in Ormskirk, whilst others choose Liverpoolor nearby towns such as Southport, all of which havegood public transportation links to Ormskirk.

The following pages offer you an outline of the halls ofresidence across our campus, and give you details ofthe rooms and packages available to help you decideon the type of accommodation that suits you.
