We assign teachers at the start of each term based on the initial enrollment to ensure the best possible student-teacher ratio. Students are encouraged to attend the specific class and day for which they are registered. Students make the most progress by regular attendance and practice. Stu- dents may make-up one class or every 8 weeks of classes missed due to illness or personal conflict. In order to attend a make-up class, students must notify us at least one day in advance so that we can be sure that we have the correct number of teachers on-hand. Transferring to another class mid-term is discouraged. If a transfer is necessary, please consult the Skating Director or the Head Session Manager.
