NOTICE indicates a situation which, if not avoided, could result in property damage.
This is the safety alert symbol.It is used to alert you to potential personal injury hazards.Obey all safety messages that follow this symbol to avoid possible injury or death.

2 Important Safety Information
2.1 Designated use of the machine
The designated use of the emulsifier is the reduction in size of chopped or minced meat (e.g., for the production of scalded sausages), cheese, vegetables or fruits, and the manufacture of sauces.
No more than 130 liters of product should be placed in the emulsifier's inlet funnel.
The emulsifier may only be used in covered production facilities in the food trade and the food industry, at ambient temperatures of between 0°C and +40°C.
The machine is not suitable for operation in environments where there is a risk of fire or of explosion.

The operator bears the full responsibility for any damage that arises from non-designated use, and the manufacturer accepts no liability.

2.2 Essential personnel qualifications

intended for this purpose. Do not use the emulsifier to emulsify unsuitable products. Do not use the emulsifier to process a larger quantity of
product than intended.
Unauthorised modifications to the construction or fittings on the machine.Risk of accidents leading to serious injuries or death. Never modify the construction or fittings on the machine.
Contact INOTEC GmbH if any modifications to the construction or fittings on the machine are necessary.

Inadequate personnel qualifications.Risk of accidents leading to serious injuries or death. Only persons with the following qualifications may work at
the emulsifier.
