    Commercial Bldg.

    Location: Isabela

    Sir,

    In reference to your requirement to provide Structural Design and Analysis of the

    Proposed Warehouse located in the above address, we are pleased to submit our proposal as

    reflected hereunder.

    1.0 SCOPE OF WORK:

    We shall provide Structural Design and Analysis of the latest Architectural plans as per

    the latest governing 2010 NATIONAL STRUCTURAL CODE of the PHIL. (NSCP) and NATIONAL

    BUILDING CODE of the PHIL. The works shall consist of the following deliverables:

    a. Structural Analysis and Design Computations:

    Submittals:

    3 Copies - Printout of Analysis/Design, signed and sealed.

    b. Structural Plans: (Revised and or Additional)

    Submittals:

    Original Structural Plans

    5- Blue prints of Structural Plans, signed and sealed.

  • 2.0 CONTRACT PRICE:

    We shall provide the aforementioned scope of works based on the submitted plans

    (subject to changes) for a Total amount of SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS only, (PhP 65,000.00 )

    , exclusive of VAT.

    3.0 MODE of PAYMENT:

    3.1 Down Payment = 50% of the Total Contract price upon acceptance of this proposal and

    payment shall be made through bank deposit to BDO account name, Virgilio G. Santos w/

    account # 000420283617.

    3.2 Balance Payment:

    1) 30 % upon submission of Preliminary Drawings soft copy for checking & coordination;

    2) 20% upon issuance of Final plans, in accordance w/ the final revisions by the owner;

    and payment of the aforementioned schedules Balance Payment, should be made through bank

    deposit to the same bank account name and number , as stated above.

    4.0 REVISIONS:

    The engineer allows only two (2) MINOR REVISIONS and in case of revision made more

    than two shall be subject to additional costs based on the extent of the changes that might be

    required by the client.

    5.0 DURATION:

    Three (3) Weeks reckon from the date of acceptance and received of down payment.
