What Do We Need to Do to Make NSTX the Facility of Choice for Research

on Fusion? • Program Coordination.

– Scheduling, allocation of time, and performance/completion of Experimental Proposals (XPs).

– Publishing the results of high impact experiments in a timely fashion.

– How can we make an even greater impact on fusion and plasma science?

• Collaborations & Collaborator Support. – PPPL support of collaborator effort– How can we do better?

• Run Schedule. – Coordination of start up activities, run versus maintenance

time, layout of the run day.  • Resource allocation to achieve world leading research

within our financial constraints.– Run Staffing and Equipment/Spare Part needs.– Upgrades
