Escutcheons Security EscutcheonA high security, heavy engineered 52mm diameter escutcheon with heavy

duty outer lock cover.

Greatly enhances security on any door by helping to resist snap attacks on

the cylinder. Features 38mm centred bolt-through fixings from the inside

to prevent removal from the outside.

Sold in pairs. Available in 316 Marine Grade satin stainless steel for the

Shimwell Spacer

ShimwellTM Hinge Packers, designed for use

with HQ4 Concealed Bearing Hinges. Available in

satin stainless steel.

Shimwell Spacers are installed by the joiner when initially fitting the door,

making it easy to adjust when swelling occurs and ending the inconvenience

of having to plane the door down to release the bind. Simply loosen the

hinge screws and remove the spacers to bring the door back into alignment.

Available in 0.5mm, 1mm and 2mm thickness.

Concealed Bearing Butt HingeFrom the bluTM range - the ultimate butt hinge bearing design solution.

These high-quality, clean lined, triple knuckle hinges are designed for zero

oil leakage and have been tested to 100,000 cycles. Perfectly suited for use

with the Shimwell System.

Recommended for use in exposed coastal locations, including lifeboat

station doors, using 316 Marine Grade stainless steel manufacture.

deep cleaner that tackles, and

removes oxides and stains from

stainless steel.

DR121 is suitable for the intensive

cleaning of contaminated surfaces

including flash rust and other

blemished areas known as

‘tea-stains’.

Non-aggressive on metals but

totally effective on oxides and dirt,

there has never been an easier way

to remove rust without causing

damage to surfaces.

Application of the conditioner

protects the stainless steel from

further staining.

Full Leaf Lift Off HingeLift-Off journal support hinges, designed with narrow rounded end profile

to each hinge leaf allowing hinge location to be automatically factory

machined or on site machined using a routing jig.

Lift-off hinges allow door to be removed without unscrewing the leaves

Lever Handle on Rose - Sprung (SP) / UnSprung (UN)

Manufactured from 316 Marine Grade satin stainless steel, this stunning

design is available in Sprung or Unsprung versions and is suitable for both

internal and extreme external applications.

Use Un-sprung version for most applications including multipoint

espagnolette locks which require the lever handle to be lifted upward.

Sprung version is suitable for most other conventional locks.

The lever has a 19mm diameter for a clean-lined, contemporary aesthetic

look and feel. Features a 50 x 10mm push-on rose.

92mm Door HandleStunning Multipoint lever handle manufactured from 316 Marine Grade

satin stainless steel. Available with 92mm Euro Profile lock centres, suitable

for extreme environments, including lifeboat stations.
