1. Introduction

Golden Chalice Resources holds 100% interest in claim 4209205 (10 units/160 hal and has an option agreement on five claims, numbers 1192386 (16 unitsl256 ha), 1243337(16 units/256 ha), 1243338 (4unitsl64 ha). 1243360 (1 unitl16 ha) and 3015681 (5 units/80 ha) all situated in Oolson Township, and all claim blocks are contiguous. The Optionors are Mr. T. Nicholson of Sault Ste. Marie, ON and Mr. G. Gratton ofWawa, ON. These claims are located about 19 km southwest of Missanabie in northeastern Ontario. This report covers work conducted on claims 1243360, 3015681 and 4209205 situated in Oolson Township.

Golden Chalice Resources holds 100% interest in claims 4201383 in Marsh Township and claims 4202787and 4202788 in Bader Township and work conducted on these claims are also reported here. a) Access to Dolson Tp Area -1243360,3015681 and 4209205 The claims are located about 19 km southwest of Missanabie in northeastern Ontario in Dolson Township. in the Sault Ste. Marie Mining Division. To access the property, from Missanabie ON, take Hwy 651 about 23km south from Missanabie, turning west onto the Mullen Lake Road, (forest access road). Drive about 8 km to the point of origin of the grid at Line OE ON: UTM 17 262938E 5339178N, in claim 4209205.

b) Access to Bader Tp Area - Claim 4202787 and 4202788 The claims are located about 17 km southeast of Missanabie in northeastern Ontario in Bader Township, in the Sault Ste. Marie Mining Division. To access the property, from Missanabie ON, take Hwy 651 about 27km south from Missanabie. to the village of Dalton. Travel from Dalton, heading east on the Dora Jones Road (logging road) for 8.5kms. At this point the logging road passes through the trench area at UTM 17U 278007E 5340036N in claims 4202787 and 4202788.

c) Access to Marsh Tp Area - Claim 4201383 The trench area is located in south--central Marsh Township. Traveling from the town of Missanabie, head south on Highway 651 approximately 27 km to the village of Dalton. Heading east from Dalton on the Dora Jones seasonal logging road go about 14 km, to where Dyke 619 Grid crosses the road at UTM 17U 280642E 5342621 N.

3. Purpose of Work

A work program comprised of overburden trenching using an excavator and trench mapping was conducted from May 13, 2007 through to 16 September 2007. The objective was: to expose and map the trenches in order to outline ultramafic intrusive dikes, for proposed sampling of bedrock rock material to determine diamond content via the Caustic Fusion analytical method.

Finally, the work was performed to comply with the assessment requirements as per the Mining Act of Ontario to keep these claims in good standing.

5. Results

A total area of about 47 trench sites where cleared for mapping. John Deere 120C Track Excavator was employed in excavating these trenches. A Wajax high-pressure water pump and hose system was used to wash outcrop surfaces

6. Recommendations

Collection of 8kg sample weights using a propellant-based rock extraction demolition tool (a MicroBlaster system) to rapidly retrieve samples, followed by caustic fusion analysis method, to determine diamond content for ultramafic and lamprophyre rock types encountered in this trenching program.
