Candidate attraction

Strictly Recruitment uses a range of channels to reach outstanding candidates to ensure we get the very best response from across the market. With well over 70% of those aged 16-44 now using a mobile phone or a tablet for their job search, we have designed an easy-to-use, dedicated, mobile-friendly website. Our mobile site makes it easy for candidates to search through our roles and apply while on the run. In addition to this we advertise all of our positions on social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. This trend continues to grow and Strictly is right there with it, developing and adapting to meet changing market needs. Traditional job boards still remain vital to our candidate attraction and we advertise across the best job sites in the UK including;

Open Evenings

Strictly Recruitment also holds regular drop-in evenings after hours so we can source those candidates with high workloads and long working hours. These occur on the first Wednesday of each month. By having these evenings after hours we ensure even the busiest of candidates are able to come and meet with us.

Our Pledge to you …

• Fees will be set and mutually agreed by all parties

• Maximum of three fully briefed candidates for each vacancy sent within 24 hours

• In the unlikely event of not being able to help you with a vacancy, we will tell you within 48 hours to ensure you can look elsewhere

• An open door policy where you can discuss any thoughts on improving our service at any time
