Consumption of stretch and shrink film is now in excess of 1.6 billion lbs/year and in the last 25 years it has been one of the success stories of the flexible packaging industry. SUBSTITUTIONS / CANCELLATIONSDelegates may be substituted at any time at no charge. We ask that you provide ample notification of substitution in order that materials can be prepared. Full refunds, less a cancellation charge of $200 will be only made on cancellations received prior to September 3rd.
