• Emotion-focused: Directed towards changing one's own emotional reaction

towards stress. Understand important things such as these : Nothing remains unchanged.

Nobody is perfect. Nothing is perfect. There will be always degrees of un-satisfactoriness,

conflict, problems and pain. We can’t always get the things we want; sometimes things we

don’t want do fall upon us.
