Sleep as if you mean it.

The human body needs to sleep

approx. 7 hours minimum per night.

At bed time, turn off the phone,

TV and computer.

If possible, close the curtains and

try to lie down somewhere

comfortable and quiet….. such as

a bed.

over-eating. Your body is telling

you to “rest and refuel”, but a tired

brain gets confused and says,
