Access to basic infrastructure and Services for Rural and Remote Areas; • Call upon the AU Commission to submit to the Executive Council a progress report on the
Approach for endorsement; • Call upon the AU Commission to prepare a strategy paper. • Invite the partners notably Regional Economic Communities (REC), AfDB and UNECA to
support the Approach.
