major first step in that process - we all need to be engaged

Pete Rahn: Accountability and Performance Performance generated the most survey

discussion, 194 comments 85% said AASHTO should take the lead Members also see it as a threat, potential

pitfall for AASHTO Consensus, “If we don’t do it, someone will do

it for us.”
