ShouldersPadded shoulders with cable channels and elastic loops for antennas.Foam on the bottom and hard plastic in the top to be as comfortable as possible.

WebbingMOLLE webbing on the front, shoulders and sides.

VelcroVelcro allows you to attach unit and individual patches.

Pouches9 tight pouches with elastic loop holder for all different 5,56 or 7,62 mm magazines or radios. Even your pistol with a lamp can be carried in them. Extra eyelets inside the pouches allows you to insert elastic cord to hold smaller items such as pistol magazines or flashlights.

PocketsZipped pockets for ceramic plates or ballistic panels in the front and sides. Inside these pockets smaller compartments in elastic mesh are made to hold survival gear or other equipment.

Webbing in the backWebbing to attach the carrier pouch is placed on the back of the yoke.The yoke is padded with foam and plastic to be firm but soft= maximum comfort.

Tight fitThe most important part of this system is the way it is tightened on your body when you put it on.You adjust the band in the back once, to make it fit good. Then you tighten the string in the lower front. This is the best placement as you pull down, which is the easiest.To take it of, open up the cord lock and push the front of the system up, then take it of.

CompartmentsCompartment for a compass or weapon cleaning kit.Compartments for a few light sticks.

EndsThe end of the straps can be rolled up.

BackAdjustable bands on the back.The bands can be put on in a X or as a H.H pulls the yoke to the side, making it less prone to snag, the X is tighter. You adjust it accordingto your preference.

Adjusting PCSO-10, Strap on, plate carrier, PALS -10

Pull the webbing through the buckle like this.

Push the webbing end with loop velcro on into the elastic tunnel. Make sure the Velcro attaches to each other.

Select where you want the front to be attached. This depends on your chest width and how high you want the front to sit. Most have it on the second band. Push the 50 mm webbing with Velcro under the correct band for you.

Pull the 50 mm webbing with Velcro through.

Push it into the tunnel, under the mesh and attach it to the 50 mm loop Velcro.

Check so the hook Velcro and loop Velcro fit on each other.Pull it to make sure it is securely attached.



Adjusting PCSO-10, Strap on, plate carrier, PALS -10

To tighten the strap on, pull the folded end of the strap in the back/side forward.

To loosen the strap on, pull the square ring back

To loosen the front, release the cord locks and pull the front upp and out. Now you can pull the strap on over your head.



PCFO-BP-11, Ballistic front/back panel set -11 and PCSO-BP-11, Ballistic side panel set -11 can be inserted into the front and side pockets on the strap on for ballistic protection.

CP-10, Carrier pouch, PALS -11, ETBAR-11B, Elastic T-bar set -11 can be attached on the back to add space for a plate or a hydration system, or both. You can also carry equipment in the pouch.

All our pouches can be attached on the Strap on. Large poches can also be attached under the arms. The top is attached on the flap so it will not wobble, when you run.

BMPM-11G, Multipurpose bag, medium -11 can be carried in many ways toggetehr with the strap on system. One way is to attach it with 2 I-bars on the top of the back.

A small backpack or pouch for your ballistic plate.

Can hold one ballistic plate and/or one 2,5 liter hydration system.

Can be attached on the back of the "strap on" plate carrier or any vest.

MOLLE bands on the outside so you can attach other pouches on it.

Velcro loop patch so you can attach an id patch. Can be used as a plate carrier with the Carrier pouch. Just connect them with the shoulder straps -11 and the T-bars -10 in the side.

You can also use this carrier as a backpack on your modular vest or on the outside of a backpack to increase the storage capacity.Or even as a shoulder bag with the carry strap -11

Elastic T-bar set -11 Fold the hard part on the elastic T-bar and put it under the webbing on the carrier pocket.Match the buckles to the strap on

You need the assembled strap on, one carrier pouch and one set of elastic T-bars.

Decide at which height you want the carrier pouch to be attached. Most of the time, as high as possible is best.

Start weaving the attachment bands under the 10 mm bands on the back of the yoke.

Continue to weave until the end of the yoke.

Check so the carrier pouch is securely attached.

Pull the attachment bands all the way down to the end of the carrier pouch.

At the end, fold as shown in the picture above.

Ready. Pull the carrier pouch to make sure that it is securely attached.

Decide at which height you want the carrier pouch to be attached to the shoulder strap set. Thread the band on the carrier pouch through the band on the shoulder strap set.

You need the two carrier pouches, one shoulder strap set, (or padded shoulder strap set or padded yoke) one long T-bar set and one set of elastic T-bars.

Push the band from the carrier pouch through all lops on the back of the carrier pouch.

In the bottom, go over the last 25 mm wide band and under the 10 mm wide band.

Do the same with the other side.

Push the band under the last 25 mm wide band. Pull it to make sure it is securely attached.

The shoulder straps are attached.

Put on the elastic T-bars and long T-bar set.

Ready. With padded yoke -12 Now you can attach the pouches you need on the simple plate carrier.

Put on the elastic T-bars

The carrier pouch connected to the plate carrier strap on with side release buckles/I-bar.

Elastic T-bar set and I-bar set on the carrier pouch. The buckles match the positions on the plate carrier strap on.

The carrier pouch can be attached with I-bars.This makes it very fast to attach or disconnect it. When you sit tight in a car seat, you can easily remove the carrier pouch on the back and then put it on again when you step out.This function can also be used to quickly attach other pouches or bags on your back.

Making a quick connect carrier pouch for the back of the plate carrier strap on -10

1. Push the I-bar in behind one webbing band on the strap on. Make sure the buckle is facing forward.Place this as far forward as possible on the yoke.

2. Pull the band through the forward slot in the buckle. The buckle now faces back on the strap on.

3. Push the band through the back slot on the buckle.

4. Secure the velcro so it is closed. Pull the buckle to make sure it is securely attached.



Pull the bands through the slots on the Back support pillow.

The pillow should be put on the back of the carrier pouch to make it more comfortable.Attach it with the bands on the back of the carrier pouch.

Fold down and go through the last slot on the Carrier pouch and back, up.

Putting it on



A ballistic yoke with collar that protects the shoulders and neck.

Protects according to NIJ IIIA.

Can easily be used with the plate carrier.

Velcro patches that shall connect with the plate carrier.

Stiff and shaped neck protetcion to protect better and be comfortable.

Openable shoulder tunnels to be easy to use.

Thick padding on the shoulders to be comfortable.

Includes covers and ballistic panels that protect according to NIJIIIA

Open the tunnels. Put on the Strap through the yoke. Put the neck collar so it touches the top of the neck of the yoke of the strap on.

Attach the velcro on the yoke to the velcro on the yoke of the strap on.

Make sure the yoke of the strap on is evenly placed on the yoke.

Close the tunnels on the top of the yoke. Make sure the ”ears” are folded under and closed on the inside.

Ready. Put on the throat protection on the top band in the front on the strap on.

Push the bands on the sleeves through the 10 mm bands and stiff rod on the yoke/tunnel top.

Fold down the bands fom the sleeve and attach the velcro on the sleeve outside.

Try it on and make sure it is placed where you want it. It can be placed in the middle, to the front or to the back..

Ready.Try it on and adjust when needed.Pull the sleeves, to make sure they are securely attached.

When you push the adapter bands through the attachmen bands on the strap on, it is easiest to fold the Velcro part

This is what it should look like, when the adapter is put on.

Put on the crotch protection, align it to the middle and close the velcro.

Ready.Pull it, to make sure it is securely attached.

An adapter that makes it possible to mount the groin protection on the combat belt or plate carrier, strap on.

Elastic band around your arm

Attached to the yoke with webbing and velcro.The attachment is very flexible and will not restict you, even when you raise your arms.

Your team or personal patch can be attached on the velcro patches on the sleeve

A padded belt with attachment bands (MOLLE/PALS) sewn on the outside for a comfortable carrying of any type of pouch.

18-00091-01-013, Ballistic insert for Combat belt -11 can be inserted inside the belt to get ballistic protection.

Cut of or fold back the waist band and insert the riggers belt to combine the features of theses belts.

The strap can easily be handled with gloves.

1. Open the waist band.Then open the side release buckle on one shoulder-

2. Swing the back to the other shoulder.

3. Swing it over your head. 4. Pull it forward.

5. Now you can enter the backpack, even when it is still attached to one shoulder.

6. If you need, open the side release buckle on the other shoulder also. Now the backpack is free.

Put the padded shoulder straps behind the back pillow on the backpack.Pull out the attachmenet straps on the backpack.
