The automatic labelling of the products takes place in an even movement

by means of the “vacuum-blow” principle, for jobs with both fixed weight

and variable weight.

Simple, reliable functions

The label is printed and held firmly onto the applicator arm, using vacuum.

The box on the packing line passes a photo cell, activating the applicator

arm, which swings down and applies the label, using af special "blow-on"

principle. The applicator returns to starting position, awaiting the next

label.

The applicator arm is mounted at either a right angle or parellel to the

printer and can place the labels in landscape or portrait orientation as

to individual requirements to the label position.

The applicator, which can be controlled by PLC, is easy to integrate into

existing packing lines and can be mounted parallel or at a right angle to

the conveyor system, depending on wishes to ergonomics and actual

space available.

The label may be applied in either landscape or portrait orientation.

SVA90 and SVA180 are robust and icient label c s for ceff appli ator automati

arton , plast ase ,application of labels on boxes, c s ic c s etc. where the label

is applied on the front, side or end.

The automatic labelling of the products takes place in an even movement

by means of the “vacuum-blow” principle, for jobs with both fixed weight

and variable weight.

Simple, reliable functions

The label is printed and held firmly onto the applicator arm, using vacuum.

The box on the packing line passes a photo cell, activating the applicator

arm, which swings down and applies the label, using af special "blow-on"

principle. The applicator returns to starting position, awaiting the next

label.

The applicator arm is mounted at either a right angle or parellel to the

printer and can place the labels in landscape or portrait orientation as

to individual requirements to the label position.

The applicator, which can be controlled by PLC, is easy to integrate into

existing packing lines and can be mounted parallel or at a right angle to

the conveyor system, depending on wishes to ergonomics and actual

space available.

The label may be applied in either landscape or portrait orientation.

Extended possibilities for quality inspection

The Scanvaegt applicator solutions may also incorporate

other inspection functions, which contribute to higher

product quality. The applicator system may integrate e.g.:

checkweighing and control of over-/underweight�

visual inspection of the label position on the product�

inspection of the serial numbers and/or text on the label�

metal detection and rejection.�

If the products do not comply with the requirements to

weight, label position, serial numbers and texts or contain

metal, the system will automatically reject them.
