Before I started the MCBS Program at Full Sail University I was studying Mass Communications in Venezuela because I’ve always been attracted to the idea of delivering a message to a group of people.

THAT’S WHY I SEARCHED FOR A DEGREE THAT WOULD GIVE ME THE REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE TO DEVELOP SUCCESSFULLY IN DIFFERENT WORK FIELDS.

While I was studying this degree I realized that in my country I would be limited, and my opportunities to grow as a professional were very low.

To be a Communicator in Venezuela is almost an impossible job given the political circumstances.

The censorship imposed by the regime limits any TV or Radio channel, threatening those who think different or against the government.

They created a law that restricts the freedom of speech, showing only what they want and diverting the attention to more superficial issues.

This led me to study a degree that focuses on the Media, because it’s the most efficient channel to deliver a message and to be heard by the world nowadays.
