SCENE 1

Close up’s of various bottles with quick transitions.

This creates an uneasy feeling due to the quick change between shots and angles.

I want to make the viewer feel as if they are intoxicated.

SCENE 2

Close up of someone pouring drink and taking a drink.

Panning on drink being poured.

SCENE 3

Close up shot on females eye’s through bottle.

The camera will be placed in front on the bottle filming through it.

This will make the film look like it has a green tint due to the colour of the glass.

This shot is designed to personify the alcohol

Slightly hiding the females face gives mystery.

SCENE 4

After shots of main protagonist drinking again female hands come in.

There will be shots where the hands affectionately touch the male….

…and shots where the female is shown abusing the male.

This should hopefully leave the viewer confused about the relationship between the two characters.

This scene reflects the relationship the protagonist has with alcohol. Sometimes it comforts him and sometimes it abuses him.

SCENE 5

Next a black eye is shown in a close up shot representing the alcohol abuse. This is a literal symbol as the alcohol aka abusive girlfriend literally has abused him.

The close up helps the audience sympathize with the main character.

SCENE 6

A mid range shot of the male character standing in front of trees and sun. This shot helps link the album art work to the video, making both products seem like one complete product.

SCENE 7

A slow motion close up shot of a bottle breaking.

This scene is to represent the males life shattering from the alcohol.

SCENE 8

Male character picks up one of the pieces of class and looks through it.

This represents that he can only see his life with alcohol and everything he does see it distorted due to this.

SCENE 9

A quick transition leads to a shot of the male with the females hands over his eye.

This then cuts to a close up of his eye to show the audience the emotion he is feeling.

This shows the full extent on the power has over his life.

SCENE 10

The last shot is a pan of the main character on the floor surrounded by alcohol.

This represents that in the end alcohol no longer gives him anything positive and has left him on his own.
