1. General description
The mine is situated in the proximity of Ploiesti city, on the way of the new(under construction) high way Bucuresti Brasov Arad.
Easy access is ensured by the national road DN1 which connects the city of
Ploiesti with Sinaia and Brasov.
The mine is developed over a hill with altitude of 70 m, the total surface of thehill is 100 ha.
The mine benefits of specific tools, machinery and site organization in value of
1 mil Euro and also exploitation and excavation license for 100 ha.

2. Juridical Situation
a. Real estate
The mine developer owning a total surface of 40 hectares from the hill.
b. Permits
Exploitation permit from the National Agency for Mineral Resources is issued for 100ha
The exploitation shall be done in two or three phases, the first phase being fullyapproved. The first phase is developed over 7ha, for the rest of the exploitation until 100ha there shall be fulfilled part of approvals documents
Permit from the Water Management authority for the construction of a station
for sorting and washing the mineral aggregates, road alleys and utilities.
