A Lit t l e Histor yBuilt in 1867, the fieldstone house was home to Jeremiah Annis and

his family. Annis was a descendant of early Puritan settlers from

Massachusetts who came to Canada from the United States in 1793. In

the 19th century, Jeremiah Annis often welcomed guests who passed

on their way to or from Kingston, Ontario on the stage coach line.

Today, the Olde Stone Cottage Pub is everyone's favourite local!
