2019 retreat deposits are non-refundable within 60

days prior to the retreat date, and NO money is

refundable within 30 days prior to the retreat date.

We will need payment for the retreat in full

60 days prior to the retreat date.

You'll be contacted at that time.

If you need to cancel within 60 days of the retreat

start date, you can either find someone to take

your place at the retreat, or forfeit your deposit.

We must be notified immediately of the

replacement's name, address, phone number, and

email address. It is your responsibility to collect

payment from your replacement as NO REFUND

will be made from Crabapple Hill.

Your reservation will show that you agree to these terms.

We offer a place for everyone attending to get

away, relax and be a little bit spoiled! Please be

aware that we do not have accommodations for

children (no matter how young or well behaved)

and we ask that you respect our wishes and the

comfort of our other guests and arrange to leave

all children at home.

No Pets please

Absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on the

premises unless you are in your own car.

There will be no exceptions to these rules.

We will supply:

Class pattern and kit

Small projects and their kits

There will be no substitutions of projects.

Please note that the fall retreats will be

Halloween themed, and the Winter retreats

will be Christmas themed.

Friday - 9:30 to 4:00pm

We’ll get to know everybody and get started on the

main embroidery project. You won’t need to bring

many supplies because we’ll have your project

pre-printed and ready to go….needles, floss,

crayons etc… All you’ll need to bring with you are

your reading glasses, scissors, and your favorite

hoop! There’ll be plenty of free time for stitching

and help whenever you need it!

What Will We Be Doing??

Saturday - 9:30am to 8:00pm

We’ll have kind of a round robin of fun, small projects for you to

do all day long!

We’ll also have information available about local wineries,

antique shops and quilt shops if you’d like to take a break instead

and do your own thing for a few hours… it’s up to you!

Warning! Saturday nights can get a little bit crazy!! In a good way!

Sunday - 9:30am to 3:00pm (Or earlier if you need to head

home!)

We’ll have show and tell, so bring some of your projects with

you!) We’ll have tea at around 2:00.
