Stiki worked to set up a Stiki campaign that shifted the radio ad call to action from phone numbers and urls to text. Results and engagement were strong from the radio media. However, real success came from using Stiki to send re-targeted and outbound promotional text messages. RESULTS The first 5 months of the radio campaign generated 5900 texts and 4100 clicks to the offer landing page - driving good engagement and sales. Stiki then coordinated with the client to send 3 outbound text campaigns during the same time period. The outbound text campaigns included a special discounted one-day to three-day offer creating value and urgency. The Stiki re-targeted offer traffic converted at 12% and drove $8500 in incremental revenue for a cost of $2500. In follow up, the client agreed to Stiki’s recommended strategy of sending a one-week follow up message to each customer that text from the radio media. This program drives incremental revenue and maximizes the opportunity to convert every lead generated. When larger investments have already been made for a lead, Stiki provides a very low cost solution to maximize the opportunity to create an ongoing communication path to convert those leads into sales. Finally at Stiki’s suggestion, the client also made adjustments to their purchase processes to ensure that every customer who purchased through their site from any channel agreed to subscribe to receive ongoing text offers and updates. The outbound text messaging funnel is now consistently full and growing and Stiki has provided a solution to maximize the lifetime value of every customer.
