    Part 1 is amended by the addition after clause 6 oftile following new' clause, to be numbered GA:-

    6A. (1) No person shall erect, rebuild, maintain,or use any dwelling-house without providing for thsame a bathroom cqnipped with a plunge bath atleast 5 feet in length, with an adequate snpply ofwater laid on thereto, to the satisfaction of an in-spector.     Such bathroom shall be hot less than 5 feetin width at its narrowest point and the floor areaof such bathroom shall be slot less than 30 squarefeet and the cubic content of such bathroom shall benot less than 300 cubic feet.

    No person shall erect, rebuild, maintain, oruse any dwelhng-hiouse (which term shall includeresidential flat buildings) without providing for theseine a laundry, with facilities consisting of at leastone pair of washing troughs, with an adequate sup-ply of water laid on thereto, and also one copperproperly supported and enclosed, to the satisfactionof an inspector: Provided that the Local Authoritymay permit the provision of other facilities iii lieuof the troughs abovenientioued, upon such condi-tions as the Local Authority may in each easespecially determine: Provided further, that in thecase of residential flat buildings there shall be alaundry equipped with tile facilities abovementionedfor every ten flats in such building, any odd num-ber of flats less than ten being treated as ten forthe purpose of tins proviso.

    The owner of any premises upon which thereis no bathi-oom or laundry facilities as required hithis clause shall, when required by the Local Author-ity, provide a bathroom and/or laundry facilities,as the case may be, in accordance with the 1-equire-meats of this clause.

    Grade Western Australia No. 2, 1938-1939 Wheat Season.1. The company may receive wheat of the 1938-1939 wheat season which complies

    with the standard hereinafter specsficd.2. All such wheat shall be handled separately from and binned separately from

    other wheat received by the company.3. The following shall be a description of the standard:

    Subject to tIme conditions stated hereunder, it will include wheat wInch isbelow- the limits of variation allowed for other prescribed grades;

    The wheat shall be dry, free from weevils or other insects and free fromsmutty, musty, or other commercially objectionable smell;

    The bushel weight of the grain as received by tIme company will be less than60 lbs., with a limit of variation to 56 lbs.

    4. The company shall issue a distinctive warrant for every parcel of wheat re-ceived of this grade so that the u-heat can be clearly distinguished from other gradesprescribed.

    5. The form of warrant may be the same as that issued for Western AustralianStandard White, except that it shall have a distinct statement at the head of the war-rant that the warrant is issued in respect of Grade Western Australia No. 2 wheat,and shall be on a different coloured form from that used for the 1938-1939 wheat seasonfor Western Australian Standard White.

    6. The doekages shall be as prescribed in the Act.7. The company shall be entitled to make ay]iarge to cover the actual cost of any

    extra railage reasonably incurred by reason of the special nature of the wheat; forexample, li reason of the light weight of the wheat, trucks cannot be loaded to theirfull capacity in weight.

    8. For extra services occasioned by special handling and, binning of this gradeof wheat the compauy shall be entitled to make an additional charge of d. per bushel.

    9. The company shall not be bound to accept wheat of this standard at anyparticular siding where there is not sufficient quantity of tIme wheat offering- to justifythe company economically in receiving the wheat:
