Multicultural Night
Please come to Stevenson’s Multicultural Fair on Thursday,
April 16 from 5:30p-7:00p. This will be a fun evening of free
food, crafts & games, entertainment, displays & information,
clothing, and music & dance. We hope to see everyone there!
Learning Media Center
The Monarch Award:
For the past several months students have been listening to the 2020 Monarch Nominee books during
their Library Media Center time each week. Kindergarten through second grade students will be voting
for their favorite Monarch Nominee book this month! Be sure to ask your child which book he or she
plans to vote for.
The Bluestem Award:
The 3rd through 5th grade students will also be voting on a favorite book this month; however, their
books came from the 2020 Blue Stem Nominee book list. The older students had the responsibility of
independently reading and taking Reading Counts quizzes on four of the twenty nominated books to be
able to vote. Ask your child if he or she was able to vote and which book they chose.
