They gave up trying for almost 20 years

We are all called to be witnesses for Jesus:

• Acts 1v8: “You will be my witnesses”

• Matt 28v18-20: “Go and make disciples of all nations”

We your colleagues be surprised to know you are a Christian?

We can witness for Jesus badly!

4. Sometimes persecution is unavoidable

“They called in the apostles, they beat them and they charged them not to speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.

The apostles left the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer dishonour for the name of Jesus.

And every day, in the temple and from house to house, they did not cease teaching and preaching that the Christ is Jesus.”
