ABOUT THE GREATER WICHITA YMCA Founded by in 1885, we are a volunteer-lead, mission-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit with 1,200+ employees. The region’s largest provider of licensed child care, before and after school programs, summer camp, youth sports, group exercise classes, and health and wellness programs, we serve 300,000 of our neighbors annually through130+ community-based service sites, community outreach and partnerships, ten branches in Andover, El Dorado, Newton, and throughout Wichita, four Outdoor Water Parks, three YMCA Farha Sports Centers, and Camp Hyde. FACILITY INFORMATION This collaborative location will host three organizations and provide: • Leading Organizations Offering Support for Healthy Spirit, Mind, and Body • WSU Student Wellness Center, Wesley Healthcare Urgent Care, and a YMCA • Open Spaces for the Surrounding Community to Meet and Socialize • Large, Comfortable Spaces for Community Events and Social Activities • Easy Access from 21st Street and a Designated,163-Space Parking Lot The 55,000 sq. ft. YMCA facility will offer: • 7 Laps/Mile Track around the courts, fitness floor, and lobby • 3 Studios for group exercise, programs, and activities • 3 Locker Rooms with Changing Rooms • 2 Courts for Pick-Up basketball, pickle ball, and activities • Limited, Hourly Kid-Zone Drop-In Nursery • Group Exercise for All Ages, Personal Training and Nutrition Services • State-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment • Tech-enhanced fitness areas including virtual reality stations • Turfed area for outside fitness classes and activties CONTACT INFORMATION STEVE CLARK YMCA, 2060 N.
