Fermentation Vessel

300 L fermentation vessel with filter system and piping was designed and manufactured for the Scientific & Technological Research Council of Turkey. Solution includes automation and control panel integration, as well as temperature control unit.

Syrup Production Unit

The whole production unit was designed, fabricated, installed, and validated for Recordati Ilac, Turkey. The system consisted of two main tanks of 2500 L and 3000 L capacity, and three other holding tanks and reactors with filtration system.

Reactor System

15 L reactor with filtration system was designed and fabricated for S2G BioChem. The system included an in-house made agitator and was delivered and installed with electrical & instrumentation works.

Solution Preparation Vessel

200 L skid-mounted mobile suspension vessel with magnetic agitator designed and fabricated with filter system, piping and automation.

RotaCone Vacuum Dryer

150 L rotacone dryer with condensing system (not shown), TCU, and tray dryer unit. Delivered to Bionorm with complete piping system and automation.

Solution Preparation Tank

30 L capacity using AISI 316 L stainless steel for mobile and batch preparation of solutions.
