Ephraim has been providing me with outstanding technical support and repair services for my audio system for over 10 years. And it’s all been done remotely by telephone, e-mail, and UPS. I have an A/D/S/ audio system that includes six sound sources and provides music to and can be controlled from any of six zones throughout my home. Ephraim first began helping me with the system when he was doing technical support for A/D/S/, and he has continued to do so in recent years as an independent service provider.
