STEP 1: FINDING STORIES: On the Overview Page click on the Customer Stories to find the stories relevant to your industry

STEP 2: SHARING A CUSTOMER RESULT STORY Part 1: Create a new blog entry with all the details (you can post to any public blog on W3 Connections)

Customer Result - A Rational Customer Result Story is a

short crisp articulation of a customer achieving value. The

intent is to keep these short so that they don't take a lot of

time to write or read, but still clearly articulate the results.

They should be used as internal proof points that people

can use to better understand the value that we've provided

to our customers. Including the customer name is optional.

These are NOT considered formal customer references and

as a result should not be treated as such.

Give the post a title. You want to make sure that your title reflects your story

Step 3. SHARING A CUSTOMER RESULT STORY Part 2: Tag the blog entry

Click on Add Tags

Add the tags from Step 1 and any other relevant tags separated by spaces

Post the blog and it will show up in the feed from Step 1 in a few minutes
