Maryssa Miller, Head of Digital Commerce, JetBlue AirwaysMaryssa is currently the head of digital commerce for JetBlue Airways Corp. She has over 15 years of digital experience working for other leading brands such as 1-800-FLOWERS.com and Scholastic. Maryssa holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Science in Direct and Interactive Marketing from New York University, where she has also served as an adjunct professor.

Michael O’Connell, PhD, Chief Analytics Officer, TIBCO SoftwareMichael is the Chief Analytics Officer at TIBCO Software, developing analytic solutions across a number of industries including Financial Services, Energy, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods & Retail, and Telco, Media & Networks. He has been working on statistical software applications for the past 20 years, and has published more than 50 papers and several software packages on statistical methods. @MichOConnell
