Position Overview

Contact Centre

The contact centre is a fast paced environment where varying divisions manage the Service NSW call centre, responsibilities required of this intern includes;

Work closely with members of the team to support projects and program initiatives to enable the effective achievement of work requirements

Undertake research and analysis and contribute to policy and project development to assist in the development of business solutions

Provide administrative and/or operational support to assist the team in ensuring the effective

Management of projects/programs/initiatives

Track progress and issues for projects, programs and/or initiatives to inform decision making

Support the analysis and evaluation of information and processes to contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvement in existing systems

Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information

Ideal Degree/Discipline

Any (Project Management discipline)

Eligibility Requirements

Second last or final year of a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree

No preference on citizenship requirements

Identify as having disability

Candidates may be required to undergo a background check security clearance
