Stephen Joseph Racik Has Worked With Onsale For 2 Years

Stephen Joseph Racik is a technical expert with more than 20 years of experience. He served Onsale as a Site Operations Engineer for 2 years, and was appointed in the year 1996 to handle a plethora of significant responsibilities.

While working with Onsale, he monitored and maintained all systems as well as applications, together with Onsale proprietary applications to make sure optimum performance.

He escalated crucial failures to suitable technical personnel, and was responsible for Onsale site availability, as well.

Stephen Joseph Racik resolved various technical issues alone with minimal guidance while providing detailed accounts of problems as well as remedies allowing all team members to stay abreast with the latest amendments. He has made many significant improvements in the routine activities with the help of automation, thereby, providing constant, timely, and correct information to the management.

He was considered as the leader and mentor by other members of the Site Operations team. Stephen had completely documented a big percentage of daily activities, providing the site operators the medium to deliver a persistent level of service in all the shifts. He is a self motivated person, and is proficient in working alone with the least supervision. He also works as a part of a Technical Product Support team – PC's and Networks and offers exceptional services.

Prior to joining Onsale, Stephen Joseph Racik worked with Amdahl for 2 years as a Business Manager for the Customer Service Department. There, he analyzed the potential alliance products and partners for a wide selection of perspectives that include Company Philosophies, End -User Expectations, Logistics Capabilities, and Backline Support Abilities.
