Central services

These include human resources, recruitment administration, payroll, budgeting, procurement, contract negotiation, strategic ICT and caretaking and facilities management.

Financial sustainability will be achieved by growing student numbers, improving staff and teaching opportunities, optimising service level agreements, managing lettings and through increasing grants and donations.

Trust-wide improvements

Working closely with school leadership teams, the Trust will help with peer review, self-evaluation and performance management, internal and external quality assurance and staff development.

Across the Trust, teaching staff and specialists of all kinds will share good practice, advice and data. Maximising resources in this way will impact everything from continued professional development, leadership succession and career opportunities, to safeguarding and strength of governance.

Further, we will invest in school development plans and Trust-wide improvements to safeguarding, subject networks, special educational needs and the professional Knowledge Hub.
