GETTING  STARTED  (1  –  3)    

   

1. Log in with your KrisFlyer number and PIN.

3. Check the “Pay with KrisFlyer miles” box.

SELECTING  FLIGHTS  (4  –  7)    

4. Proceed with your booking online by selecting your origin and destination, travel dates, and number of passengers.

5. Select your preferred flight(s) from the options provided.

6. Review and confirm your itinerary at this step of the booking process.

7. Enter your personal details, and those of other passengers in your travelling party. You can pay for passengers using your KrisFlyer miles only if they are your redemption nominees.

MAKING  PAYMENT  (8  –  14)  

8. Verify your itinerary. You are now ready to make payment.

9. Check the ‘Pay with KrisFlyer miles’ box. This payment option will only be available if you have a minimum of 5,000 KrisFlyer miles in your account.

10. A bar will appear, showing the total cost of the transaction.

– number of KrisFlyer miles that you have chosen to pay

– amount in local currency that you have chosen to pay with credit/debit card

– amount in local currency that must be paid with credit/debit card

11. Move the slider to set the combination of KF miles and local currency you wish to use for this transaction. Or, you can enter the amount of local currency you wish to use.

12. Click “Confirm”.

13. Enter your credit/debit card details. If you are paying for the entire transaction with KrisFlyer miles, you do not need to provide your credit/debit card details.

14. Your booking has been confirmed. The cost summary shows the combination of KrisFlyer miles and local currency used to pay for your transaction. Enjoy your flight!
