Step One: After logging in, select “Reports”

Step Two: Search for the Report named “020”, click “Search”. Once the search is run, select “Field

Experience 020: Comprehensive Report on Field Experience Assessments” from the list that appears.

Step Three: Scroll to the bottom of the screen that appears, select all of the checkboxes for the

parameters listed that you do not need.

Note: Only select the parameters you do not need in the report at this time, keep all others unchecked.

Step Four: Scroll back up the page and click the “Ignore” button in the top left corner. This will hide

the parameters you have selected. If you do not complete these two steps, you will have to enter

information for all of the parameters, which is not necessary for running this report.

Step Five: Select the Term and Assessment Form you want to look up.

Step Six: Ensure that you have the checkboxes for “All” are clicked for “Select a Section”, “Select a

Course” and “Select Assessor’s Role” and click “Display Report” and the bottom of the page.

Step Seven: Select (Or Deselect) the fields you want to export by using the checkboxes and click

“Export”. This will create an .XLS file with the fields you have selected and automatically start

downloading it (depending on your web browser’s settings).
