STEP is a Trainee Exchange Programme that enables law students and young lawyers to gain frst handexperience o the substansive and procedural law as well as the culture o another country.

Te traineeships are between 2 weeks and 18 months and can take place in any law related area: law rms,courts, public institutions, universities, banks, in-house legal departments, consulting rms and internatio-

nal organisations.Each year ELSA oers several traineeship opportunities all over Europe and occasionally in other parts othe world.
