You will be eligible to participate in the Conference only after the payment is

received by the Organizers. The deadline for payment is 2 weeks after the date of

confirmation, but not later than October 7th, 2012.

Make Payment for participation in Startup Competition.

€199*This includes participation of 2 members of a startup team, a

stand in the Startup Alley.Since stands for startups in the Startup Alley will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, startups who make the payment early, will get the best places. We will inform you about your allotted place in the Startup Alley three days before the Conference starting date.

Both of these documents shall be in English. For the recommendations on how to

prepare a presentation of your startup, please go to the Startup>Requirements

Section of the IDCEE website http://idcee.org/startups/requirements.htm

Send Executive summary (2-3 pages) and PPT presentation (5-6 slides) of your project.

Your stand will be 1,20m x1,20m in size. You’ll have a separate internet line and at

least two electricity sockets as well as 2 chairs and a round table.

Prepare related materials for the Conference

e.g. banners, posters, projectors, flash-drives, laptops, business cards, flags, T-shirts with logo of your startup etc.

Prepare your pitch and practice, practice, practice.

The 12 finalists, who will be pitching on the main stage, will be divided in two sections, which will be announced during the first and the second day respectively. If you were selected to pitch, make sure you have your pitching presentation on file and you are well-prepared for tricky questions from our judges.
