Stem-and-Leaf Plot Basics

• A stem-and-leaf plot is a graphical representation of data where the ones digits are listed as “leaves” off the stem and the numbers to the left of the ones are listed in the “stems” column.

• The “leaves” are always listed in order from least to greatest.
