The 5140 VM is designed for blindslotting operations, such as key ways,axial and radial cams. Inserts arelocated on the periphery and at thecentre allowing the cutter to be usedfor shallow drilling operations.

45 DEGREE CUTTERSStellram offers a range of 45 degreecutters allowing the strongest part ofthe insert to be introduced to theworkpiece first.

7745 VS cutters are designed for toolsteels and cast irons. Exceptionallythick square inserts handle toughcutting conditions. The upper edge ofthe insert does not sit against a pocketallowing for recessing operations.

7745 VSE cutters are designed forstainless steels and high temperaturealloys. Square inserts with a 15 degreeclearance are used for reducing edgebuild-up in these tough materials.These cutters are capable of facemilling, chamfering and routing.

7745 VOD cutters are designed formachining most materials. Octagonalinserts offer up to eight economicalcutting edges.

90 DEGREE CUTTERSStellram offers a number of 90 degreecutters for shoulder milling, face millingand slotting.

7690VA cutters are available in a widevariety of depth-of-cut variations.Inserts are available in 9mm, 12mmand 16mm sizes. A wide variety ofgeometries and grades are available forall applications.

7690 VM cutters are smaller versionsof 7690VA cutters using MP-styleinserts. Diameters range from 8mmto 20mm.

7690 VAF cutters are the best choicefor high temperature alloys, such asnickel and titanium-based alloys.Uniquely designed inserts allow thiscutter to produce a true 90 degreeshoulder with up to a 8,5 mm depth of cut.

7690 VAZ cutters are excellent foredge milling and contouring titaniumand aluminium. This cutter is alsocapable of producing a true 90 degreeshoulder, up to a 33 mm depth of cut.

7790 VSE cutters are 90 degree cuttersfor shoulder milling, face milling andslotting. These cutters use the samestyle inserts as 7745VSE cutters.

HIGH FEED CUTTERS 7792 VXD high feed milling cutters arecapable of high metal removal infacing, plunging and slottingapplications. The patented insertdesign offers better performance thanround insert cutters.

VT SERIES CHAMFER

CUTTERS7745 VT11 are designed for chamferingoperations at 45 degree.

7745 VT16 cutters have two designs.One offers two inserts for chamferingoperations at 45 degree; the otheroffers one insert for spot drillingoperations.

7760 VT11 cutters are for 60 degreechamfering operations.
