Dear Ancient Oaks Property Owner:
As you may recall, at its meeting of October 16, 2010, the Ancient Oaks Board ofDirectors approved a $100 per lot special assessment for possible legal services that maybe required in the matter of the power pole placement for the Unit 3 lots. Unfortunately,due to threats from one lot owner, Tri County Electric now refuses to install any morepower poles at Ancient Oaks until the easement dispute is settled in court.
As a result, we are now forced to collect the approved $100 special assessment from alllot owners to fund the Ancient Oaks legal defense.
Be advised that this special assessment may not cover all the legal expenses incurred untilthis issue is settled. Additional special assessments may be required.
