When Barbara and her husband Keith bought some acreage in Crowley, Texas,
5 years ago, they both knew they would need a steel building to house their
dobermans. Barbara had bred and shown Dobermans for years, and needed a
warm, comfortable kennel for the canines.
“We did our research and saw that Mueller had exactly what we needed,”
Barbara said. “That’s where our relationship with Kyle Nunn began.”
Kyle, manager of the Mueller branch in Waxahachie, helped the couple design
a custom kennel and find a contractor to build it. They converted a Mueller
equine shelter for use with the dogs, and it worked like a charm.
“At that time, we didn’t know how important Mueller would become to us,”
Barbara said. “We now have a barn, covered pen, deck, equine shelters and
loafing sheds.”
The Weems are so pleased with their Mueller steel buildings, they’ve planned
two more projects for the future: a dock for their pond and a metal roof for
their house.
“Without Kyle's expertise and help, these projects would have been much more
difficult,” Barbara said. “We really appreciate Kyle and Mueller.”

As the president of an oil and natural gas company, Lance knows that excellence

on his ranch, he went straight to Mueller.
“I had drawn up some sketches for a horse barn that would complement the
natural beauty of the landscape. Mueller was able to take it from there and

building is perfect for the needs of our trainers and ranch hands,” Lance

From small workshops to big barns, Mueller's
Prefabricated Building Kits are ready to go to work for
you! These structures are designed to be assembled
with bolts and screws–no welding needed–and they come
with easy to follow instructions. Your building kit can be
picked up at one of our local branches or, for a small fee, can
be delivered to your job site. These kits come in a variety of
loads beginning with our Utility line. These are our most
economical buildings that are engineered for winds up to
90 mph. Our Standard, TWI (Texas Windstorm Insurance
rated), and Snow kits are designed for those areas that have
higher wind or snow load requirements. With these choices,
there is surely one to fit your needs.

are pre-engineered and expertly drafted to extremely
high standards of quality. Mueller offers more than 600
different P.A.C. Buildings, ranging from 20’ x 20’ x 10’
to 80’ x 400’ x 20’. A variety of loadings and pitches are
available. Since they’re pre-engineered, they can be
manufactured and ready for delivery four weeks from
the time of your order. All P.A.C. Buildings are
designed and fabricated consistent with International
Building Code (IBC) criteria.

The answer lies in the roof’s exterior coating. The strength of theresins and the choice of pigmentation are the most vital factorsin the performance of any metal paint system. The resins bindand protect the pigments and form a protective barrier againstthe elements. The pigments create the color of the roof andreflect solar radiation that can destroy the resin and the underlyingprimer. With Mueller’s paint system, you get the best of both.
We also use a high-performance exterior coating that delivers betterperformance over time — it can also save energy by reducing yourcooling and heating load. The cool pigments in Mueller metalroofing panels offer higher solar reflectance. This allows the panelto appear the same color as lesser-reflecting pigments absorb thesame light, yet stay much cooler.

Returns: All returned items are subject to a standardrestocking charge to be determined by Mueller, Inc.Restocking charges will be determined by the conditionof the material and its suitability for resale. All returnsmust be accompanied by an invoice. All special trim willhave no return value. Standard trim will have reject valueonly unless special circumstances apply. Special ordereditems will be returned only at Mueller discretion.
Storage Policy: Because of limited storage space,Mueller, Inc. will store custom fabricated material only fora reasonable amount of time. After this, notice will besent that material must be either picked up or deliveredwithin 10 days, or it will be placed in stock with thedeposit forfeited and/or a restocking charge imposed.
Shipping: Mueller, Inc. will make every effort to meetrequested shipping dates; however, Mueller, Inc.assumes no responsibility for damage or loss of any kindsustained by customer because of any unforeseeninability to meet shipping dates. Please allow as muchshipping time as possible.
Telephone Orders: Customer assumes full responsibilityfor the accuracy of telephone orders if written confirmationis not received prior to release of the order for manufacturing.Customer may request a written confirmation, with theunderstanding that the manufacturing process willbe delayed.
Cancellations: Cancellation of a manufactured order afterproduction has begun will be subject to restocking charges.
Packaging Charges: Trim orders, to be delivered, will bewrapped in a protective plastic, free of charge. If cardboardshipping boxes are required or requested, a charge of$9.00 per box will be added to the order. Cover sheets willbe placed on all bundles of sheets that are warrantied.A charge of $10.00 per bundle up to 15' in length and$20.00 per bundle over 15' in length will be added to theorder. Each bundle will not exceed 3,000 lbs.
Delivery Options: Mueller offers two delivery options:
A direct delivery is the option that provides the mostaccurate, convenient service. Orders will be delivered on aMueller truck and the exact delivery day can be scheduledin advance. A direct delivery fee is determined by the milesfrom Mueller’s shipping point to the customer’s job site timesa mileage rate.
A drop delivery is the option that provides the greatesteconomy. Multiple orders will be loaded and shippedtogether on a Mueller truck in order to minimize shippingcosts per order. The delivery fee is based on a minimumcharge by zone. The exact delivery day cannot bedetermined in advance but a delivery time range will beestablished prior to shipping. Due to multiple ordersshipping together on one trailer, unloading might requireextra material handling.
Note: It is the responsibility of the customer to beprepared with the necessary manpower and/or equipmentto receive materials delivered by Mueller, Inc.
Pick Up Orders: It is the customer’s responsibility tosecure material to their vehicle.
Protecting Material After Delivery: Mueller takes everyprecaution to deliver your material in #1 condition. Anyshipping damage should be noted with the driver.Mueller cannot be responsible for storage or handlingdamage to material after the delivery. The owner shouldfollow the recommended storage procedures.
