Fast Clad® Zinc HS Reinforced Zinc PrimerHigh-performance protection with outstandingcorrosion resistance.
This zinc-rich primer is inorganically reinforced to provide cathodicprotection for steel exposed to industrial environments. With itsreinforced film, Fast Clad Zinc HS provides durable performanceand edge protection. It also delivers excellent resistance to dryspray and mudcracking as well as topcoat bubbling common toother types of inorganic zincs. Fast Clad Zinc HS is fast andsimple to use. The zinc dust is pre-wetted for easy incorporationand mixing. And a fast recoat time improves productivity. FastClad Zinc HS can be topcoated with a variety of coatings and isalso ideal for touchup and repair.
Kem 4000 High Solids Acrylic Alkyd EnamelIdeal for use as a general-purpose acrylic enamel.
Kem 4000 is a high-solids, VOC-compliant general-purposeacrylic enamel intended for interior and exterior industrial use, aswell as a wide range of metal applications. Kem 4000 providesgood color and gloss retention along with film toughness.Formulated for fast handling, drying, and curing, this gloss coatingis suitable for use in fabrication shops on structural steel. Thisproduct can be applied by brush, roll or spray and delivers one-coat coverage to save both time and money.
Kem Kromik® Universal Alkyd Metal PrimerA rust-inhibitive primer for use over iron and steel.
Kem Kromik is a general-purpose, alkyd primer that is suitablefor use under a wide variety of topcoats, including epoxies andurethanes. This product can be used as a “barrier” coat overconventional coatings that would normally be attacked bystrong solvents in high-performance topcoats. This corrosion-resistant primer provides high-film build and dries fast to allowquick recoating.

Zinc Clad® II Plus Inorganic Zinc-Rich PrimerProtects from moisture, solvents and damage.
Zinc Clad II Plus is a solvent-based, three-component, inorganicethyl silicate, zinc-rich primer. This fast-drying, high-solids, low-VOC product contains 82% by weight of zinc dust in the dry film,and offers cathodic/sacrificial protection similar to galvanizing. Thiscoating forms an inorganic barrier to moisture and solvents, andself heals to resume protection if damaged. It also meets Class “B”requirements for Slip Coefficient and Creep Resistance, 0.67.
Zinc Clad® III HS Organic Zinc-Rich Epoxy PrimerLong-lasting protection, fast recoat time.
Zinc Clad III HS is a three-component, polyamide epoxy thatcontains 90.5% by weight of zinc dust pigment in its dried film.This low-VOC product provides cathodic protection and exhibitsself-healing properties. Zinc Clad III HS contains Micaceous IronOxide and meets Class “B” requirements for Slip Coefficient andCreep Resistance, 0.52.
Zinc Clad® IV Organic Zinc-Rich Epoxy PrimerProvides extraordinary protection andregulatory compliance.
This two-component, polyamide epoxy primer contains 85% byweight of zinc dust pigment in its dried film. This low-VOCproduct, which exhibits self-healing properties, meets SSPC PaintSpecification #20 for zinc-rich organic primers and Class “A”requirements for Slip Coefficient and Creep Resistance, 0.49.
