Located in Honesdale, Pennsylvania- both investors are actively involved. Lauren Gelatt and Lindsey Dirlam(the founders) both have entrepreneur and coffee making experience. Lauren handles finance and advertisement. Lindsey is the cook and has knowledge of all the equipment.

The Team

• Lauren Gelatt and Lindsey Dirlam (owners).• Lauren graduated from Honesdale High School

before graduating from Bloomsburg University with a degree in business marketing. Lindsey is also a graduate from Honesdale High and Bloomsburg with a degree in business and culinary arts.

• Both worked in a major company, Lauren as the head of marketing, with Lindsey as a manager.

• Lindsey has 6 years of experience and Lauren has 5.

• However the businesses aren’t concentrated on just coffee. They offer more such as meals.

• We provide a taste of home as well as a comfortable environment, which many of our competitors don’t offer.

and not being able to sell the quantity we need to be successful, which in turn leads to failure.

welcoming. Also we must advertise our affordable prices responsibly.
