Use Jutzi Water Technologies for all Steam Boiler water treatment, and Formula OS 5334 Steam Boiler Package. Supply one DHJ Formula OS 5320 Steam Boiler Package with part #420200600. Use Jutzi Water Technologies for all boiler system water treatment. This should include: pretreatment (if required due to water makeup characteristics). Supply sufficient chemicals for initial startup and one month’s operation. 2) Chemical and Test Kit Supply: 1. Supply One – Jutzi Water Technologies Formula OS 5320 – 250kg with part# 420953202 2. One - Cable with Hall Effect Sensor – part# 442110253 3. One – Automatic Bleed/Feed Out-put Meter Controller – part #442501577 4. One - 3/4” Motorized Ball Valve – part# 443104075 5. Three - Injection Pumps – part# 430110021 6. One - PVC Board – part# 449900790 7. Three - PVC L-Brackets – part# 449900798 8. One – Feed Water Pre-Treatment System (Non-Electric) – part# 450201036 4) Pre-operational Cleaning/Alkaline Boilout and Condensate piping cleaning: 1. Unless not deemed necessary by the boiler manufacturer, perform an alkaline boil out to properly clean the boiler(s) waterside in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines prior to the boiler(s) going on line. 2. Jutzi Water Technologies Formula MC6220 – (20kg), part# 421362202 boil out cleaner should be maintained at 10 gallons per 1000 gallons of system water. Formula MC 6220 should be circulated for 24 hours then flushed and drained 2-3 times. Maintain an excess residual of oxygen scavenger to prevent oxygen pitting corrosion during the boil out. The boiler(s) main steam valve should be shut, isolating the boiler(s) during the boil out. Blowout all low points (water columns) regularly to remove dirt. Once finished either drain

1) Provide a complete water treatment system for a steam boiler. Use Jutzi Water Technologies for all Steam Boiler water treatment, and Formula OS 5334 Steam Boiler Package. out the boiler(s) and leave open and dry if are to be idle or add sufficient Jutzi Water Technologies Formula SC 5144 boiler treatment and Formula OS Oxygen scavenger to treat the boiler(s) for operation.
3. Once the boiler(s) have been boiled out and treated for operation, clean out the steam piping
(and OHJ OS 5334 steam boiler package equipment if necessary) by operating the boiler(s) with and letting all condensate go to drain. The condensate piping is clean when the condensate conductivity is 0 uS/cm, clean clear and iron levels are <0.1 ppm. Once clean, the condensate may be returned to the boiler(s) for normal operation.
5) Guarantee the systems provided by Jutzi Water Technologies for one year 6) The first month of service by Jutzi Water Technologies should include the following:
a) initial analysis to optimize correct treatment levels b) initial start-up c) start-up supervision d) personnel training including demonstrations and instructions e) monthly service and consultation f) provision of record forms and log sheets g) laboratory and technical assistance as determined by a Jutzi Water Technologies representative
