Garden accessories and furniture

Log storeOur original log store is an ideal timber storage and seasoning unit with two stacks and a shelf for kindling. With a large storage capacity (approximately 1.4 cubic metres), the log store is perfect for anyone with a log burner or open fire. Constructed with pressure treated timber, a sturdy raised floor and a felted roof, it is built to withstand the elements. Ordering and delivery

If you like what you see and would like to order any items from our catalogue you can do so by the following means:

Placing your orderWe are on hand between 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturdays to take your orders by telephone or email. When will my order be ready?Your order will be ready for collection or dispatch within seven working days after placing your order.

Delivery You are welcome to collect your order (when ready) from either of our Seaham or Stockton sites, as best suits you. (See back page for address details)

If you prefer, we will deliver large, bulky items within 10 miles of each location for a fee of £10.Smaller items can be couriered to you on a two days service with a signature required to ensure it has been received. Delivery costs will be arranged when product is ordered.

After sales serviceFaulty, damaged or unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The return must be arranged with Shaw Trust Enterprises – North East prior to return and a returns number must be attached to the package. Please contact us through the phone number or email address outlined above.

Return postage will be paid for all damaged or faulty items, either a full refund or an exchange will be offered.

In the case of an item being unwanted, it may be returned within 14 days and must be in original unbroken packaging and in perfect condition. Return postage will not be paid in these cases, a refund or an exchange will be offered.
