Alliance Polysacks Pvt.Ltd. is our flagship

company and established in the year 2010

with the primary focus on manufacturing of

AD*STAR® bags.

The plant has the capacity of producing

132 million PP laminated bags per annum

with latest technology of AD*STAR® from

Starlinger. We have started manufacturing

66 million bags which will be enhanced to

full capacity by adding finishing machines

by March 2012. The plant is strategically

located at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The plant is exclusively for the production of

eight corner block bottom bags to be used

in replacement of normal woven/ laminated

PP bags or Paper bags for Cement or other

Industry. The bags are produced from the

latest robotic AD*STARKON® machines from

M/s Starlinger, Austria.

Our group was established in 1998 with

the establishment of Supreme Polymers

Private Limited. The company started with

a focus on production of both PP & HDPE

Un-laminated/laminated woven sacks.

Today, the group is one of the leading

manufacturer, exporter and supplier of

small industrial packaging bags for Fertiliser,

Mineral, Food Grain and Cement Industry.

The aggregate output of the Alliance

Polysacks stands close to 3600 million bags

per annum including the manufacturing of

132 million eight corner block bottom bags

with the technology from M/s Starlinger,

Austria. The Group is currently crossing an

annual turnover of INR 200 Crores

(USD 50 Million). Presently, the company is

in the country, not only that, it produces

bags with the most modern state-of-the-

About AD*STAR ®

AD*STAR® is the renowned block bottom

sack made without adhesives from coated

polypropylene fabric – patented worldwide

by Starlinger and made exclusively on

Starlinger machines. The sack can be

produced either as a one-layer block

bottom valve bag or as an open mouth

bag with a block bottom. It surpasses all

comparable products as far as resistance to

breakage is concerned, is versatile and also

eco-friendly and economical.

AD*STAR® is the well-known sack concept

for cement – in use worldwide, patented

internationally, and produced exclusively on

Starlinger machines. The brick-shaped PP

woven sack, produced without adhesives

by heat-welding of the coating on the

fabric, was developed with automated

filling and landing processes in mind. As

a result of the material characteristics and

the special production process, the weight

of an average 50 kg AD*STAR® cement

sack can be as low as 75g. A comparable

3-layer paper bag will weigh about 180g

and a PE-film bag 150g. An economical

use of raw material not only helps minimize

cost, it is also a valuable contribution to the

preservation of our environment.

The AD STAR® is a highly resistant

laminated single-layer woven polypropylene

bag in brick shape. It is solder-assembled

(no glue or stitching) giving it great

resistance and perfect water-tightness.

Strength of the AD*STAR® sack is its most

important feature. AD*STAR® Sacks are

strongest sacks money can buy as compared

to other industrial sacks. Polypropylene

woven fabric using stretched tapes makes

AD*STAR® Sacks resistant to dropping,

pressing and bending. AD*STAR® Sacks

resists small nails and hooks giving an edge

over other industrial sacks.

AD*STAR® Sacks are perforated with star

micro perforation system which allow air

to come out holding the cement or other

material inside without allowing a seepage.

The cement doesn’t even come out of

bags during transportation or at the time of

Loading/Unloading.

Ad star sacks keeps your goods intact till

they delivered to customer. These bags

are manufactured at highly sophesticated

Ad starkon machines and hense cannot be

duplicated or tempered.

Save Product and Money

Because of the low failure rate and breakage,

there is little need to replace lost goods or

sacks. This is an important economic factor

that can also be a big environmental benefit

and to the Cement Companies.

AD*STAR® Sacks are designed for use with

automatic placing and filling machines. The

AD*STAR® sack is suitable for all manual

and automatic sack packing and filling

units. The characteristics of the sack can

be engineered to special specifications if

required. The valve can also be produced to

be suitable for an automatic valve sealing

process after filling.

High humidity and rough handling easily

tolerated by AD*STAR® Sacks so they arrive

without any broken sacks at customer

warehouse, resulting in the highest

customer satisfaction. AD*STAR® is a

laminated bags with micro perforation which

does not allow humidity or rains to effect

the packed material.

The AD*STAR® benefits

Due to perfect rectangular shape AD*STAR®

Sacks can be stacked high using space

efficiently. Due to high strength it can be

used in both manual & automatic loaders.

The AD*STAR® sack fits perfectly with

palletising or truck loading equipment

whether manual or fully automatic, as it is

the same size as other sacks made from

different materials. Filled sacks require a

minimum of storage space, and their high

strength allows for high stacking.
