ERP integration

The integration within your IT environment is done through web services. Optionally, we

can also offer different polling mechanisms or manual uploads via CSV or Excel fi les. For

the integration of SAP systems, we provide all necessary IDOC interfaces. POOL4TOOL

can communicate with SAP via XI (Exchange Infrastructure) or BC (Business Connec-

tor), for which we provide the necessary mappings. Optionally, EAI tools like ACTIS,

Seeburger, Webmethods or Biz Talk can be used.

Portal integration

On request, we realize and integrate entire supplier and staff portals for deep process

integration. For this purpose, web services are used as basic technology. POOL4TOOL

can also be integrated in single sign-on environments to raise acceptance by lowering

the need for multiple user maintenance by staff and suppliers.

Data migration

We offer special importing routines with a largely-automated duplication check for the

fi rst data transfer. The high automation level ensures a high level of effi ciency. By re-

quest, the data can be checked for accuracy and correct syntax before importation.
