FOCUS AREAS:

› Areas to focus in.

› At present the assignment is on track.

STATUS:

› Current status:

› Natasha has submitted the presentation to everyone and is waiting for final

comments. Once she hears back from the group, Natasha will make the

revisions and send the final copy to everyone.

› Each participant is to be prepared to present a persona at the next class.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

› What you have accomplished: At the end of the previous class (Sept. 17th), we

decided that each member would prepare two to three personas, which would be

emailed to the rest of the group before the following class.

› During the Sept. 23rd workshop we reviewed each persona in detail and selected

the most valuable information /graphics from each participant to make complete

profiles.

› We selected the template that Jill had created, as it was clear and well

organized, to be used for all the personas.

› We concluded our workshop by dividing the responsibilities among ourselves:

Sebastien was to complete the master file and submit to Natasha. Natasha was

to use the master file to create the PowerPoint presentation and email to the

group by Thursday night for comments and revsions. I offered to be the team

lead for this week.

RISKS & ISSUES:

› Risks and issues.

› No risks to report.

› Natasha had prepared her personas but experienced some technical difficulties

with her computer and as a result, lost her work. This did not cause any issues

as there was enough material present to be able to complete the assignment. In

addition, Natasha readily volunteered to put the PPT presentation together for the

group.
