The company’s founder, Frank Rovazzini valued family dynamics and strived to give the team access to resources and tools to safely achieve a quality outcome.

Since its inception, Rovazzini Electric has been building quality electrical projects throughout California. Our project delivery methods are structured to �t each general contractor’s and owner’s individual needs.

SAFETY

Safety Safety is of utmost importance at Rovazzini Electric. Our teams are all Safety Certi�ed and meet regularly to review safety protocols and procedures with each new workspace. Practicing safe behaviors is a signi�cant part of the daily conversations we have with workers. They undergo regular training sessions and all of our personnel take safety very seriously. It’s an expectation and a culture at Rovazzini and it’s re�ected in our EMR. Our workers �nish the day and go home safely.

Rovazzini Electric is consistently training its employees to ensure the safest and highest quality of work. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), requires trainings such as Arc Flash Training to reduce the risk of injury or death through electrocution. Through proper training and the addition of arc �ash suits, Rovazzini Electric’s Arc Flash Training graduating class, is quali�ed to work on or near exposed energized electrical parts and supervise unquali�ed persons in the vicinity of the hazard.
