This is an Order by a South Florida Hearing Officer who intelligently tells the DMV to put their memorandum requiring the court to adjudicate all infractions committed by Commercial Drivers License [CDL] drivers where the sun does not shine. Excellently written and to the point. Bravo!It is looking more and more like the Judiciary has had it with executive branch incursions into the law making realm.
