AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM R-1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO C-2 HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL.

Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Picayune, Pearl River County, Mississippi, in meeting duly assembled: Section 1: The following described property shall be rezoned from R-1 Single Family

Residential to C-2 Highway Commercial: The following parcels: 6176140030304000, 6176140030304202, & 6176140030304203 located on corner of South Haugh Avenue & Mitchell Street. For Mark Gibson, which legal description is as follows:

DESCRIPTION: Commencing at the SE corner of Lot 6 of the E. F. Section 2. Severability, Conflict and Effective Date. Should any section, clause, paragraph, provision, or part of this ordinance for any reason be held invalid or unconstitutional by any Court of competent jurisdiction, this act shall not affect the validity of any other section, clause, paragraph, provision, or part of this ordinance. All provisions of this ordinance shall be considered separate provisions, and completely severable from all other portions.

Conflict in any case where a provision of this ordinance is found to be in conflict with the provision of other ordinance or code of the City of Picayune, Mississippi, existing on the effective date of this ordinance, the provisions shall take precedence.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its publication. The foregoing ordinance, having first been reduced to writing, was moved upon
